Reinforced‑grade 3PE anti‑corrosion steel pipe adopts seamless, straight‑seam welded and spiral‑welded steel pipes as base materials, manufactured with extra‑thick three‑layer polyethylene composite anti‑corrosion technology. Compared with standard‑grade 3PE pipes, the reinforced version features thicker coating, greatly improved resistance to soil corrosion, underground‑water erosion, acid‑alkali media and scratch damage. It can serve over 50 years under buried‑ground conditions, making it ideal for complex areas such as coastal saline‑alkali land, wetlands and highly corrosive soil zones.
Standard coating structure for reinforced‑grade 3PE:
Fusion‑bonded epoxy powder primer ≥100 μm;
Intermediate adhesive layer: 170‑250 μm;
Outer polyethylene layer ≥3.0 mm.
The three layers are thermally fused into an integrated whole and firmly bonded to the steel pipe. The dense, uniform coating effectively prevents blistering, delamination and pinhole damage.
Export Qualification & Quality Assurance:All products are produced strictly in accordance with GB/T 23257‑2017. Our factory has obtained ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 system certifications. Every batch undergoes full‑item inspections before delivery, including coating‑thickness test, adhesion test, impact‑resistance test and holiday‑detector pin‑hole inspection. We can supply mill test certificates (MTC), factory inspection reports and third‑party test documents. Export‑oriented orders, overseas infrastructure projects, on‑site factory audits and production supervision are all acceptable.
These pipes are widely used in domestic and overseas oil‑gas transmission pipelines, municipal water supply & drainage, sewage treatment, long‑distance water diversion, industrial‑park circulating‑water pipelines, buried fire‑protection pipelines and other key infrastructure projects. Custom‑made non‑standard sizes are available to meet different project requirements.
