Reinforced‑Grade 3PE Anti‑Corrosion Steel Pipe for Petroleum

Reinforced‑grade 3PE anti‑corrosion steel pipe is specially designed for buried oil and gas transmission pipelines. Seamless, spiral‑welded or straight‑seam welded steel pipes can be adopted as base materials.

With excellent corrosion resistance, low water‑vapor permeability and good mechanical performance, the three‑layer polyethylene (3PE) coating is widely applied in the petroleum industry. The outer anti‑corrosion layer directly determines the service life of buried pipelines. Identical steel pipes may have very different service spans underground due to different anti‑corrosion protection.

The reinforced‑grade 3PE coating has a thickened outer PE layer (≥3.0 mm), providing stronger protection against underground water, saline‑alkali soil and mechanical damage. Coating structure:

  1. Fusion‑bonded epoxy powder primer ≥100 μm
  2. Adhesive intermediate layer: 170‑250 μm
  3. Polyethylene outer layer ≥3.0 mm

Manufactured in accordance with GB/T 23257‑2017, our products are covered by ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 certifications. Full‑range inspections are carried out before delivery. Mill test certificates and inspection reports are available for overseas petroleum projects.

It is widely used for long‑distance oil trunk pipelines, oil‑field gathering lines and petrochemical buried piping.
