Large‑diameter 3PE anti‑corrosion steel pipe is widely used for long‑distance buried trunk‑line transportation. Spiral‑welded steel pipe is the main base material, and straight‑seam or seamless steel pipe are optional as required.

Its three‑layer polyethylene (3PE) coating is composed of epoxy powder primer, adhesive intermediate layer and high‑density polyethylene outer layer. It features excellent corrosion resistance, low water‑vapor permeability and strong impact resistance, effectively protecting steel pipe from underground corrosive substances.

Two coating grades are available: standard‑grade and reinforced‑grade for different soil environments. Produced in accordance with GB/T 23257‑2017, ISO‑certified. All pipes are strictly inspected before delivery, mill‑test reports are provided. It is suitable for oil, natural gas and water‑supply long‑distance transmission projects.
