Natural gas 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe is dedicated to buried natural gas transmission and distribution projects. It uses high-quality seamless, straight-seam or spiral-welded steel pipes as base materials to meet different diameter and pressure requirements, ensuring stable and safe pipeline operation.

The pipe outer wall adopts a three-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion structure, consisting of epoxy powder primer, adhesive intermediate layer and high-density polyethylene outer layer. This integrated structure features low water permeability, strong impact resistance and stable chemical performance, effectively protecting pipes from underground moisture, saline-alkali and corrosive substances to extend service life.

Two anti-corrosion grades are optional: standard grade for common soil environments and reinforced grade with thickened PE layer for coastal and high-corrosion areas. Manufactured in accordance with GB/T 23257-2017 standard, all pipes undergo strict pre-delivery tests. Complete factory test reports are available for gas engineering projects.

It is widely applicable for long-distance gas trunk lines, municipal gas pipe networks, gas field gathering pipelines and residential gas branch pipelines.
