The outer surface is covered with three‑layer polyethylene (3PE) anti‑corrosion coating, composed of fusion‑bonded epoxy primer, adhesive layer and high‑density polyethylene outer layer. This outer 3PE system provides outstanding resistance against soil corrosion, underground moisture and chemical erosion, with low water‑vapor permeability and stable mechanical strength.

The inner wall is coated with IPN8710 non‑toxic interpenetrating network anti‑corrosion paint. The inner coating forms a smooth, dense and hygienic protective layer, which prevents internal medium corrosion and will not pollute transported water. It meets safety requirements for drinking‑water delivery.

With double‑sided anti‑corrosion protection both inside and outside, the pipe achieves a long buried‑ground service life.
