Spiral‑welded substrate features stable structure, low cost and excellent performance for long‑distance pipeline construction. The outer 3PE protective layer isolates the steel matrix from underground water, damp soil and corrosive media, delivering good impact‑resistance and anti‑aging properties. The inner epoxy coating effectively resists medium corrosion, reduces flow resistance and prevents scaling inside the pipe.
Standard‑grade and reinforced‑grade anti‑corrosion thickness can be customized according to soil corrosion conditions. All products are produced in strict accordance with GB/T 23257‑2017 and GB/T 28708‑2012, and pass spark‑leakage detection, coating‑thickness and adhesion tests before delivery.
