Large diameter TPEP anti-corrosion steel pipe is a new type of composite double-layer anti-corrosion pipeline specially developed for large-scale water conservancy and municipal water transmission projects. It adopts high-strength spiral welded steel pipe as the main base material, matched with external three-layer polyethylene (3PE) anti-corrosion structure and internal fusion bonded epoxy (FBE) powder coating.
Compared with traditional single anti-corrosion pipes, TPEP steel pipe achieves dual protection inside and outside. The outer 3PE coating features high density, low water permeability, strong impact resistance and excellent soil corrosion resistance, which can effectively resist external underground erosion, mechanical damage and long-term aging.
The inner epoxy coating forms a smooth, non-toxic, hygienic protective film. It has strong adhesion, no pinholes, acid and alkali resistance, and can effectively isolate the steel pipe from water medium corrosion. The ultra-smooth inner wall greatly reduces water flow resistance, improves water delivery efficiency, prevents scaling and bacterial growth, and ensures safe and clean water supply.
Our factory supports customized anti-corrosion grades, including standard grade and reinforced grade, to adapt to complex geological environments such as saline soil, wetland and high-corrosion soil. All products are manufactured in accordance with national standards GB/T 23257-2017 and GB/T 28708-2012. Strict inspections such as coating thickness testing, high-voltage spark leakage detection, adhesion testing and appearance inspection are implemented before delivery.
Large diameter TPEP steel pipes are the preferred pipes for long-distance water diversion, cross-regional water transfer, municipal centralized water supply, reservoir water delivery, industrial water transmission and large water conservancy infrastructure projects.
