Water transmission TPEP anti-corrosion pipeline is a double-layer composite anti-corrosion steel pipe specially used for buried water conservancy and municipal water supply projects. It adopts outer 3PE three-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion and inner FBE epoxy powder anti-corrosion technology, realizing comprehensive internal and external anti-corrosion protection.

The outer 3PE coating has excellent waterproof, pressure-resistant and anti-aging performance, which can effectively resist soil corrosion, groundwater erosion and mechanical damage during long-term buried operation. The inner epoxy coating is non-toxic and smooth, with strong anti-scaling and anti-corrosion ability. It reduces water flow resistance, improves water delivery efficiency and ensures clean and safe water quality.

All TPEP water pipes are manufactured in accordance with GB/T 23257-2017 and GB/T 28708-2012 standards. Standard grade and reinforced grade anti-corrosion are customizable for different geological conditions. Each product passes strict spark leakage detection, coating thickness test and adhesion test before delivery.

It is widely used for long-distance water diversion, municipal water supply, reservoir water delivery, farmland irrigation and water conservancy pipeline projects.
