Non-toxic drinking water TPEP anti-corrosion steel pipe is a hygienic grade double-layer composite anti-corrosion pipeline specially used for potable water supply engineering. It adopts outer 3PE anti-corrosion coating and inner food-grade non-toxic epoxy powder coating to ensure safe and clean water delivery.

The outer 3PE layer provides excellent anti-corrosion, impact resistance and waterproof performance, protecting the steel pipe from soil corrosion and groundwater erosion in long-term buried conditions.

The inner food-grade epoxy coating is non-toxic, tasteless and pollution-free. It features smooth surface, anti-scaling and antibacterial properties, effectively avoiding secondary water pollution and meeting national drinking water safety standards. The smooth inner wall reduces water flow resistance and improves water transmission efficiency.

All products are manufactured according to GB/T 23257-2017 and GB/T 28708-2012 standards. Strict quality tests including spark leakage detection, coating thickness and adhesion test are carried out before delivery.

It is widely used in municipal drinking water supply, safe drinking water projects, water plant pipeline networks and long-distance water diversion projects.
