Water transmission TPEP anti-corrosion steel pipe is a double-layer composite anti-corrosion pipeline dedicated to water conservancy and municipal water supply projects. It adopts outer 3PE three-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion and inner fusion-bonded epoxy powder anti-corrosion technology, achieving dual internal and external protection.

The outer 3PE coating features dense structure, strong waterproof performance, impact resistance and anti-aging ability. It can effectively resist soil corrosion, groundwater erosion and mechanical damage during long-term buried installation, adapting to various complex geological environments.

The inner epoxy coating forms a smooth, dense and non-toxic protective film. It reduces water flow resistance, improves water delivery efficiency, prevents scaling and bacterial growth, and ensures clean and safe water quality.

All TPEP water transmission steel pipes are manufactured in strict accordance with GB/T 23257-2012 and GB/T 28708-2017 standards. Standard grade and reinforced grade anti-corrosion are customizable. Each pipe passes spark leakage detection, coating thickness test and adhesion test before delivery.

It is widely used for long-distance water diversion, municipal water supply, reservoir water delivery, industrial water transmission and large water conservancy pipeline projects.
