TPEP Anti‑corrosion Steel Pipe

18 August, 2026

TPEP anti‑corrosion steel pipe is a mature double‑sided composite anti‑corrosion pipeline. Its anti‑corrosion system consists of outer three‑layer polyethylene (3PE) coating and inner fusion‑bonded epoxy (FBE) powder coating. Spiral‑welded, straight‑seam and seamless steel pipes are all optional as base materials, and the pipe diameter and anti‑corrosion grade can be customized.

The outer 3‑layer polyethylene coating forms a compact waterproof barrier. It features excellent impact resistance, abrasion resistance and anti‑aging property, which can protect the steel substrate from soil corrosion, groundwater and other underground corrosive media during long‑term buried service.

The inner epoxy powder coating creates a smooth, firm and pinhole‑free protective layer. It is chemically stable against most conveyed media, reduces fluid flow resistance, prevents scaling and avoids secondary pollution. For drinking‑water transportation, food‑grade epoxy coating can be adopted to meet sanitary requirements.

Manufactured strictly in accordance with GB/T 23257‑2017 and GB/T 28708‑2012 standards. Standard‑grade and reinforced‑grade anti‑corrosion layers are available for different geological environments. Every finished pipe undergoes spark‑leakage detection, coating‑thickness inspection and adhesion test before delivery.

TPEP anti‑corrosion steel pipe has a wide range of applications, including long‑distance water diversion, municipal water‑supply, natural‑gas transmission, sewage treatment, industrial fluid conveyance and other buried pipeline engineering.
