Outer 3PE inner fusion‑bonded epoxy anti‑corrosion steel pipe, also known as TPEP anti‑corrosion steel pipe, is a double‑sided composite anti‑corrosion pipeline. Spiral‑welded, straight‑seam and seamless steel pipes can be selected as base tubes. The outer wall is treated with three‑layer polyethylene (3PE) anti‑corrosion system, while the inner wall adopts fusion‑bonded epoxy (FBE) powder coating by high‑temperature electrostatic spraying.

The outer 3PE coating consists of epoxy primer, adhesive layer and high‑density polyethylene layer. With compact waterproof structure, excellent impact resistance, abrasion resistance and anti‑aging performance, it can effectively isolate the steel substrate from humid soil, underground water and underground corrosive substances, providing reliable external protection for long‑term buried pipelines.

The inner fusion‑bonded epoxy coating forms a smooth, dense, pinhole‑free protective film with strong adhesion and stable chemical property. It reduces fluid resistance, prevents scaling, resists medium corrosion and avoids secondary pollution. Food‑grade epoxy powder is optional for drinking‑water projects to meet sanitary requirements.

Products are manufactured strictly in accordance with GB/T 23257‑2017 and GB/T 28708‑2012 standards. Standard‑grade and reinforced‑grade anti‑corrosion can be customized according to geological corrosion conditions. Each finished pipe passes spark‑leakage detection, coating‑thickness inspection and adhesion test before delivery.

It is widely used in municipal water‑supply, long‑distance water diversion, natural‑gas transmission, sewage treatment, industrial fluid transportation and other buried pipeline projects.
