Epoxy Coal‑tar Pitch Anti‑corrosion Steel Pipe for Sewage Treatment

18 August, 2026

Epoxy coal‑tar pitch anti‑corrosion steel pipe for sewage treatment is specially developed for sewage and wastewater conveyance projects. Spiral‑welded, straight‑seam or seamless steel pipe can be used as the base material.

A variety of reinforced anti‑corrosion structures are optional, including two‑cloth three‑oil, three‑cloth four‑oil and four‑cloth five‑oil. Fiberglass cloth is wrapped between layers of epoxy coal‑tar pitch paint to form a thick, compact, waterproof protective coating.

The anti‑corrosion layer features excellent acid‑resistance, alkali‑resistance, salt‑water resistance and anti‑microbial performance. It can resist long‑term erosion from sewage, industrial wastewater and corrosive underground soil, greatly extending the service life of buried drainage pipelines.

Custom anti‑corrosion grades are available according to water quality and geological conditions. Each pipe passes coating‑thickness testing and surface inspection before shipment.

It is widely used for sewage treatment plants, municipal sewer networks, industrial wastewater transportation, drainage trunk lines and other sewage‑conveying pipeline projects.
