Epoxy powder is electrostatic‑sprayed and fused at high temperature onto the outer surface of steel pipe. The compact FBE coating features high adhesion, excellent chemical resistance, cathodic disbondment resistance and long‑term underground anti‑corrosion performance. Single‑layer or double‑layer FBE coating schemes are optional according to pipeline design requirements.

Every finished pipe undergoes strict tests, including coating‑thickness inspection, holiday spark detection and adhesion test before shipment.
