Coating thickness ranges from 300‑500μm as routine specification.

Compared with double‑layer FBE, single‑layer FBE is a cost‑effective choice for medium‑corrosion underground environments. Every finished pipe is tested for coating thickness, holiday spark‑leakage detection and adhesion before shipment.
