After shot‑blasting cleaning and pre‑heating treatment, epoxy powder material is electrostatic‑sprayed on the outer surface of steel pipe and thermally cured, forming a dense, firmly‑bonded protective film. Both single‑layer FBE and heavy‑duty double‑layer FBE anti‑corrosion structures are optional according to underground soil corrosion grade.

The epoxy powder coating features strong adhesion, outstanding chemical‑resistance, waterproof property and superior cathodic‑disbondment resistance, delivering long‑term reliable anti‑corrosion protection for buried pipelines.

Every finished pipe will pass coating‑thickness inspection, holiday spark‑leakage detection and adhesion‑strength test before delivery.
